Privacy Policy – Snake 3D

This privacy policy explains what data is processed when you play Snake 3D (the "Game"), published on Google Play by Arthur Mittelstaedt EI (Leviafan) ("we", "us").

Data we collect ourselves

None. The Game has no account and no server of ours, and we have no access to any of your data. Your progress (scores, unlocked content, quests, purchases already delivered, settings) is saved on your device and, depending on your choices, in Google services linked to your account (see below).

Where your progress is saved

• On your device, in the Game's private storage.
• In your device's Google backup, if it is turned on in Android's settings: a copy of your progress, restored if you reinstall the Game or change device. It also holds an identifier drawn at random for this device and a one-way fingerprint of the device's identifier for the Game, used only to tell your devices apart in your save.
• In Google Play Games, if you are signed in (see below): a copy of your progress, stored by Google in a hidden space of your Google Drive, so that you can get it back on your other devices.

Data processed by our partners

The Game uses services from Google, which process some data under their own privacy policies.

### Advertising – Google AdMob

The Game shows ads with Google AdMob (rewarded ads you choose to watch, and some ads shown before a game). To show and measure these ads, AdMob may collect:

• your device's advertising ID,
• your IP address and approximate location derived from it,
• information about your device and the Game (model, operating system, language),
• your interactions with the ads.

Your choice: if you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the Game asks for your consent before personalized ads are shown. If you refuse, AdMob may still show non-personalized ads, which use limited data (for example to count views and prevent fraud). You can change your choice at any time from the Game's settings. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's settings.

### Google Play Games

The Game uses Google Play Games, which signs you in automatically if you have a Play Games profile. Signing in is optional: you can play without it, or sign in later from the Game's settings. Once signed in:

• Leaderboards: your best scores, with the character or level used, and your Play Games profile name are published in leaderboards visible to other players.
• Cloud save: your progress is copied as described above.

This data is processed by Google under the Google Privacy Policy. You can manage the visibility of your profile, or delete your Play Games data (leaderboards and saves), from the Google Play Games app or your Google Account settings.

### Date check

For the daily quests, the Game asks a Google server (www.google.com) for the date. This request contains no data from the Game; like any Internet connection, it sends your device's IP address.

### Purchases and installation – Google Play

The Game is distributed by Google Play. In-app purchases are processed entirely by Google: we never receive your payment details. Google may process data about your installation and purchases under the Google Privacy Policy.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, and we do not collect your name, email address, contacts or precise location.

Children

The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to object to its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. As we hold no data about you ourselves, most requests concern our partners: you can contact Google through the links above, delete your Play Games data from the Google Play Games app or your Google Account settings, delete your device's backup from Android's or your Google Account's settings, or contact us at studio.leviafan@hotmail.com and we will help you. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL: www.cnil.fr).

We will update this page if the Game starts processing new data. The date at the top shows the latest version.
