Terms of Use – Snake 3D

1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of Snake 3D (the "Game"), published on Google Play by Arthur Mittelstaedt EI (Leviafan) ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the Game, you accept them. Our privacy policy explains how your data is processed.

3. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Game for private, non-commercial purposes. You must not:
- cheat, modify the Game or its data, or use third-party software to gain an advantage;
- knowingly exploit a bug to obtain gems, content or scores;
- resell, rent or distribute the Game or its content.
The Game, its graphics, sounds and content remain the property of us or our licensors.
4. Gems and virtual content
- Gems and the Game's content (characters, levels, hats, colors, ad removal…) are a license to use within the Game. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another person or resold.
- In-app purchases are processed by Google Play, under its terms and refund policy. We never receive your payment details.
- Purchased gems and content are delivered immediately. When purchasing, you agree to this immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal, as Google Play asks you to for digital content.
- Gem prices, quantities, rewards and the Game's balance may change with updates.
These rules do not limit the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
5. Progress and saves
Your progress is saved on your device and, depending on your choices, in your device's Google backup and in Google Play Games (see the privacy policy). It may be lost, for example if you uninstall the Game without a backup, clear its data, delete your Google or Play Games account, or if one of these services is unavailable. To get it back on a new device, sign in to Google Play Games from the Game's settings.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for a loss of progress caused by these situations.
6. Leaderboards
Leaderboards are provided by Google Play Games. A score obtained by cheating or by exploiting a bug may be removed, and a player who cheats may be excluded from the leaderboards.
7. Ads
The Game shows ads (Google AdMob). You can change your consent to personalized ads from the Game's settings. The "No ads" product removes ads from the Game.
8. Changes to the Game and shutdown
We may change the Game, its content and its online services, and may one day decide to shut down the Game or some of its services. In that case:
- we will notify you at least 60 days in advance, in the Game, on its Google Play listing or on our website;
- the sale of gems and content stops when the shutdown is announced;
- at shutdown, unused gems and content are lost, unless the law provides otherwise.
9. Liability
The Game is provided "as is". We do our best for it to work properly, but cannot guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damage. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Support and complaints
For any question or complaint, write to us at studio.leviafan@hotmail.com. We reply as soon as we can. Refund requests for purchases go through Google Play.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms, for example when the Game changes. The date at the top shows the latest version; an important change will be announced in the Game or on its Google Play listing.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
